The whole price, before you commit
The provider's job price and its GST treatment are itemised before checkout. Serproz adds no customer platform fee.
Eligibility matches the job
Regulated work requires its applicable licence. Other jobs use the business and identity checks named on the provider.
Payments go direct, for now
Nothing is charged when you send a request. Payments are arranged directly between you and the provider. Serproz does not collect or hold the payment. Serproz Payments — the platform step with approval and the 7-day auto-release rule — is not in use yet.
