Serproz does not reserve relevant jobs for paid members. Matching starts with the work, location and capability evidence, so suitable Basic, Standard, Premium and Elite providers can all receive opportunities.
Accept the invitations you want
Registering interest is free, and so is being invited. One accepted invitation is counted only when a customer invites you and you accept — that is when their contact details, messaging and quoting open. A repeated click does not count twice; upgrading increases your monthly capacity.
An accepted invitation is a chance to quote for work, not a purchased lead or a guaranteed job. The customer still chooses who to invite and who to hire.
Same credibility floor.
Trust is not for sale. Listed, claim-pending and claimed states remain explicit. Identity, business, licence and insurance facts are shown as verified only when the evidence supports that exact statement. Genuine reviews remain independent of plan.
Different visibility ceiling.
Plans can increase accepted-invitation capacity, presentation and growth tools. They never buy a verified fact, alter a genuine review or make an unsuitable provider relevant. Any paid placement remains bounded by matching rules and labelled Promoted.

Trust and claim review
A claim proves control. Verification names the evidence.
An imported listing remains visibly listed and unclaimed. When a professional asks to claim it, Serproz reviews the ownership evidence and proposed profile changes. A successful claim does not silently verify every business fact: each completed check is shown separately and only while its supporting evidence remains current.

Plan and marketplace FAQs
Do I need a paid plan to receive relevant jobs?
No. Relevant jobs can be distributed across the suitable provider network, including Basic. A plan changes how many customer invitations you can accept each month and which presentation and growth tools are available.
What counts as an accepted invitation?
An accepted invitation is counted once, when a customer invites you to quote and you accept. Seeing a match, registering interest and being invited are all free, declining an invitation costs nothing, and a repeated click on the same invitation does not count again.
Does NZ$1.63 or NZ$0.99 mean I will win a job?
No. Those figures are an approximate cost per accepted invitation at the full Standard or Premium monthly allowance. An accepted invitation is not a lead purchase or job guarantee; the customer chooses who to hire.
Can a higher plan buy a verified badge or better reviews?
No. Trust facts depend on evidence and genuine reviews remain independent of subscription level. Paid plans can increase visibility only after relevance and other marketplace gates.
Can one account cover several trades or skills?
Yes. Every provider uses the same provider account and can submit all applicable categories, Popular Services and skills for the relevant review process.
