How to reach Serproz, and which route to use.

Serproz publishes the channels it actually monitors. This page lists them, says which problem each one is for, and sets out the registered details of the operating entity where those have been published.

One monitored channel

The support form is the route that is actually watched. Sending it there is faster than any other way of reaching Serproz.

Job questions belong on the job

Anything about a live booking, quote, milestone or dispute is fastest in the job workspace, where the record already is.

No channel we cannot answer

Serproz publishes a contact route only once it is operated and monitored. That is why this page is short.

The channels Serproz publishes

Short by design. Each of these is monitored.

Support form

The channel of record for every question, request and complaint. It does not require an account, and it routes to the team rather than to an individual.

Open the support page

Your job workspace

Messages, scope, quotes, milestone evidence and dispute controls for a live job. Anything attached to a specific booking is fastest here, because the record is already open.

Open customer dashboard

Provider dashboard

Opportunities, work, verification, payments, calendar and plan. Verification and billing questions belong here first.

Cannot sign in

Use the password reset flow rather than asking support to change an account credential. Serproz will never ask you for your password.

A published email address is not available yet. When a monitored mailbox is published it will appear here and in the footer. Until then the support form reaches the same team, and it does not require an account.

Which route for which problem

  • A live job: Message the other party in the job workspace. If it needs Serproz, raise it from the job so the reference comes with it.

  • Money on a job that is contested: Open a dispute on the milestone. That freezes those funds and starts a decided process rather than a conversation.

  • A decision, a charge or an error by Serproz: The complaints page. It is investigated against the record and comes back with reasoning.

  • Your personal information: An access or correction request under the privacy policy, which carries a statutory deadline.

  • Something on the site you cannot use: Report it as an accessibility barrier. It is triaged as a defect, not as feedback.

  • A profile that looks wrong: Report the listing through support. Do not rely on a detail you believe is inaccurate when deciding to hire.

Job money goes to dispute resolution. Everything about Serproz itself goes to complaints. Privacy requests follow the privacy policy, and barriers go to accessibility.

The operating entity

The company that operates the marketplace has not published its registered details on this site yet.

Serproz will not print a company name, a New Zealand Business Number, a GST number or a registered address that has not been set. Those are real government identifiers and a registered service address; an invented one would be a false record on a page people rely on before they hand over money.

When the operating entity is published, its registered name, NZBN, GST number and registered address will appear in this section, in the footer, and in the terms of use as the party you contract with. Until then, the Serproz trading name and the support channel above identify the operator.

If you need the counterparty confirmed in writing before you transact, ask through the support page and say so plainly. That is a reasonable request and it will be answered.

What is deliberately not published

An unanswered channel is worse than an absent one, so these are stated rather than quietly missing.

  • No phone number: There is no operated, monitored phone line, so none is published. A number that rings out would be a false promise of a support channel.

  • No individual inboxes: Contact routes to the team, not to a named person, so a request is not stuck behind one person's availability.

  • No published response times: Target response times have not been set, so none are claimed. The one deadline that does exist is statutory: 20 working days for a privacy access request.

  • No social channels: There are no verified Serproz social accounts to link, so the footer does not link any. An unverified account claiming to be Serproz is not Serproz.
